2020 Before the dawn Barrel aged Black Barleywine

An American black barleywine aged in rye whiskey barrels. This beer opens with aromas of rye whiskey, vanilla, chocolate fudge & subtle dark fruit. The flavor mirrors the aroma, offering a warming, boozy character with a velvety, robust texture on the palate. Substantial oak & moderate tannins help balance the upfront sweetness, leading to a smooth, lingering finish. A tremendously big beer – bold, complex & full of character.

Fest Bier German Lager

In the 1970's, German brewers reimagined the traditional Marzen to create a beer better suited for celebration & session drinking. The result was the Festbier – a strong golden lager with a crisp, clean profile that invites another round. It balances a smooth malty backbone with a subtle spice & floral hop character, offering a moderately full body & a dry satisfying finish. Easy to drink, hard to put down – Prost!

STICKER FIGHT DOUBLE IPA

Our Double IPA, Sticker Fight is the big tropical fruity, juicy fruit, mango laden friend, you’ve always desired. The body is crisp, with just enough sweetness to counter the onslaught of aromatic and flavorful hops. Supremely satisfying, utterly demanded by fans.

Piper Pale Ale

Piper Pale Ale was brewed in collaboration with the 18th Annual Piper Classic Disc Golf tournament at Blue Ribbon Pines where all money raised is donated to an animal at the Minnesota Como Zoo. This year the Piper has chosen to raise money for the Arctic Fox. This pale ale is brewed with Citra & Vic Secret hops that create a dank resinous pineapple aroma and flavors of peach & pineapple with a subtle floral bite. The four Arctic Foxes at the Como Zoo are named Stella, Shy Guy, Koopa & Bowser – These names all come from characters in what iconic video game series?

SIZE 7 IPA

While the size of the boot might be a bit small, the intensity of the hop flavor and aroma more than makes up for it. We take prodigious amounts of hops and add them any chance we get to this Pacific Northwest-style IPA. If you ever call Size 7 balanced we’ll kick you where it hurts (in the hop sack). Big aroma and flavor of lemon-lime and zesty orange peel with a dry and clean bitter finish.

SPLIT POINT - PILSNER

German-Style Pilsner brewed using 100% imported German malt & only the finest noble hops. Crystal clear and pale straw in color with pillowy white foam. Exemplifying a crisp, cracker like malt base and traditional floral hop character.

Sacrifice hop aroma and flavor in a lower alcohol IPA? We think not! Brewed to embody the best hop qualities of a highly aromatic and flavorful IPA, yet ever mindful of the desire to have a few. Loaded with pungent hops to impart aromas of blueberry, lime candy, and juicy fruit; a defined, yet balanced bitterness finishes the beer.
