NO FISH HARMED WEST COAST STYLE PILSNER

A crisp, easy-drinking Pilsner brewed with Anchovy Hops, offering delicate floral aromas, subtle watermelon notes & a light cracker-like malt backbone. Don’t let the name of the hops fool you, no fish were harmed in making this beer.

RAINMAKER RED IPA

APPLE BRANDY LUNKER ENGLISH-STYLE BARLEY WINE

Aged 7 months in a single Laird and Company Apple Brandy barrel, this decadent English-style Barleywine reveals luxurious notes of toasted marshmallow, caramelized toffee, and dark fruit.  Apple Brandy barrel character weaves through each sip adding toasted apple pie, vanilla, warm spice and honey, followed with subtle oak tannins to round out the warming full-bodied finish.

Lunker (The Lost Barrel) English-Style Barley Wine

A masterful blend of 2019 Lunker aged 7 years in a Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrel & 2025 Un-Barrel Aged Lunker. Bourbon, vanilla & sherry like aromas lift out of the glass followed by flavors of caramel, dark cherry & graham cracker. Oak tannins from barrel aging are softened by luxurious malt sweetness, finishing with a warming full-bodied mouthfeel. Two Lunkers, one great beer!

SIZE 7 IPA

While the size of the boot might be a bit small, the intensity of the hop flavor and aroma more than makes up for it. We take prodigious amounts of hops and add them any chance we get to this Pacific Northwest-style IPA. If you ever call Size 7 balanced we’ll kick you where it hurts (in the hop sack). Big aroma and flavor of lemon-lime and zesty orange peel with a dry and clean bitter finish.

Sacrifice hop aroma and flavor in a lower alcohol IPA? We think not! Brewed to embody the best hop qualities of a highly aromatic and flavorful IPA, yet ever mindful of the desire to have a few. Loaded with pungent hops to impart aromas of blueberry, lime candy, and juicy fruit; a defined, yet balanced bitterness finishes the beer.
